Piping water into a volcano

Further efforts to exploit geothermal power.  This time, it’s a project to pump water into a well in the side of a dormant volcano in Oregon, and use the steam that this generates to produce power.  While this may sound like a recipe for disaster, it’s actually less likely to do Bad Things than fracking in gas drilling.  The big questions are, will it actually produce power, and will it produce enough to be economical?
